Commentary: Welcome to NXT, following the conclusion to last week, the Main Event is set to be a Triple Threat between former allies, now mortal enemies Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose as they challenge NXT Champion Luke Harper for the Championship.

We open the show with A J Lee taking on Alexa Bliss in singles action

Post Match: Alexa had won the match with a surprise rollup after a proper back & forth battle, as A J gets back to her feet, there is a tense but calm standoff between them, until the Titantron burst into life with images of graves, fire, darkness and then silence.

Both women stare at the screen, who was that aimed at, or perhaps it was both of them, but one thing was certain, the message came from The Disciples..............

Commentary: Coming up next, a feud that has been going for 2 months comes to a conclusion tonight, after NXT GM Mick Foley last week made the match between Justin Gabriel and Kevin Owens, Owens needs the win to bury his demons of having failed to beat Gabriel on two previous occasions, but added to this match, not just honor, but the winner will go on to challenge for the NXT Championship.

Winner:  Kevin Owens via Pinfall finally getting the victory he craved, and the Number 1 Contendership for the NXT Championship.

Backstage: Charlotte confronts Bayley, pointing at the NXT Title round Bayley's waist, exclaiming that she may have that Title for now however the fact remains Bayley didn't beat her for the Title, that makes Bayley a false Champion and Charlotte who is the rightful champion will take what belongs to her.

Bayley responds that Charlotte had a 1 on 1 match with Bayley, a match that Bayley had won until the intervention of Paige causing a DQ, so if Charlotte wants another shot, so be it, but to prevent outside interference she wants the match inside a Steel Cage...........Pinfall/Submission only.  Charlotte can even name the date.

Charlotte, perhaps taken back by Bayley's attitude leaves...............

In Ring Promo: Out to the ring strides Sasha Banks still fuming at last weeks match and failing to win the Title..........

however before she could utter a word, out strides the former Champion Paige, going face to face she points out that the only reason he is no longer champion was because Sasha took the pinfall.  sasha is the reason she no longer has the belt, so she's first in line for the next Title shot..........however before things could get out of hand...............in a shocking moment out strides Trish Stratus.

Trish tells them both that they lost because they weren't good enough on the night, that they never learnt to be the best, they needed the best trainer to achieve that.

She then reveals that she has opened her own school.........the Trish Stratus Toughness & Athleticism School, Trish Stratus T&A School for short, because that is where the future of Womens Wrestling will come from...............

and then completely unexpected 2 huge women jump into the ring from the crowd and totally demolish Sasha & Paige leaving them lying face down in the middle of the ring...............security arrive to escort them away, but then Trish approaches and claims that a message has been sent, she'll take it from here.  They leave via the side exit.

GM Office: Tensai & Rusev storm into the office demanding another singles match with Percy Watson, he has humiliated them one too many times.............

Foley denies the request claiming he won't repeat matches over and over again so that someone who says they will win a match, but then doesn't gets multiple chances to do so.

but he will give them a Tag Match against Percy and a partner of his choosing next week..........if they fail to win that, maybe they're setting their expectations too high.

In ring: Jimmy Uso returns to NXT, the news on his brother Jey, is he's weeks away from returning..............and that means Tag Team gold is in their future........

but he's not just here to speak, he's here for some action, which is why he has already asked Mick Foley for a match, and Foley has agreed............so Jimmy is here to issue an open challenge to anyone in the back............so let's go!!!

Out strides one half of the Tag Champions............The Great Khali...............has Jimmy just made a mistake?

Winner : Great Khali via Pinfall.

Post Match: Perhaps it was ring rust, but that didn't go the way Jimmy had hoped, but it was about to get worse.  Great Khali picked him off the mat and held him with his arms behind his back as Brodus Clay came to the ring with harm on his mind.

Brodus charged toward Jimmy, but Jimmy managed to free himself, avoid the charge of Brodus and escape the ring.  Brodus just avoided crashing into Khali, but he was still angry that he had failed to inflict pain on Jimmy.  Jimmy meanwhile made his way up the entrance grinning and pointing out that he was too quick on this occasion, and that they would meet again.

Ad Break

In Ring Promo: The Ascension along with Ariel have taken over the ring, Ariel speaks she admits that last week the Tag Titles slipped away from them, but every time The ascension Fall............They Rise again, as such they demand that as the only team worthy they get another opportunity, because this time they won't fall..............

Expecting Foley to come out and make it official, they were shocked when James Mitchell came out...........

he claims that they are not Championship Material, they are missing a vital ingredient...............someone to lead them................whichis where he comes in, he offers the three of them an opening in The Disciples of Darkness.

Ariel immediately refuses claiming they have no need for a con artist like James Mitchell............rather surprisingly Mitchell simply accepted that decision, then left.

Backstage: Dean Ambrose is seen preparing for the Triple Threat coming up in the Main Event.  

Also warming up for that same match......Seth Rollins.

Gran Metalik v Brodus Clay

Winner: Brodus Clay via Pinfall.

Backstage: Aksana runs into AJ Lee, in response to the earlier Titantron video, Aksana declares that A J needs help with this situation, they may disagree on Becky Lynch, but as friends it has to be acknowledged, they work better as a team.  A J however still has doubts, she needs someone who will fight, not someone who would allow her enemy to do what they did to Becky..............

Pre-Match: It's time for the Main Event, are we about to crown a new NXT Champion?

NXT Championship 

Mid Match: Both Erick Rowan and Roman Reigns came out and attempted to sway the match, it was chaos..........

Winner and STILL NXT Champion: Luke Harper via Pinfall over Seth Rollins with his feet on the ropes.

Post Match: Rowan & Harper quickly embark up the ramp holding the championship high, Dean Ambrose looks in anger, he wasn't even pinned, and now he has to wait in line because Kevin Owens has the next Title opportunity.

Rollins then attacks Ambrose from behind, even though he took the pin, he blames Ambrose, collecting a Chair that was lying nearby from the match, he goes to lay in further damage, however before he could, Roman takes the chair off him, Seth backs away, as Ambrose clambers back to his feet, Rollins is now doubting his decision to turn on Ambrose, he begs for forgiveness.............and then it happens the Chair Shot occurs........not by Ambrose but by Reigns.........not to Rollins, but to Ambrose.

Rollins slides out of the ring, a huge grin on his face, it appears Roman has made his decision.
