Commentary: Welcome to the biggest event of the summer, Summerslam!!!!.  We are reminded that there will be 4 Title matches tonight, including Kane's defence of the WWE Title against Drew McIntyre, and after the recent announcement by Wade Barrett, as long as he is Nexus Leader, there will be no invasions tonight by The Nexus, meaning Kane is on his own tonight.

But first out of the blocks tonight, Sin Cara defends his United States Titkeb against The Miz.

Miz is now a Four Time United States Champion, and up next Justin Gabriel & Heath Slater get a shot at being the WWE Tag Team Champions.

Backstage: Stephanie confronts Tiffany, she is unimpressed by Tiffany's decision to give The Nexus a Title shot, so she tweaks the match by entering a 3rd team into the mix, and making the match a Gauntlet Match.

The Titantron bursts into life with the sound of shattering glass........it's the former Tag Team Champions Stone Cold & Big E..............

and their opponents are the people who played a big part in causing them to lose the Titles last month, Nexus Members Justin Gabriel & Heath Slater.

Slater & Gabriel picked up the victory via submission on Big E by Heath Slater.............

but there was no time to celebrate as out came the champions Kevin Nash & Sting, and now the titles were on the line............

Towards the conclusion of the match, the referee lost control as all 4 competitors fought in the ring.............

Coming up next Brock Lesnar & The Big Show are in action to determine the Numjber 1 Contender for the World Heavyweight Championship at Night of Champions, but the question is, has Big Show recovered from the vile chair shot he received on Smackdown just 48 hours ago?

Np DQ Tag Team Elimination Match

Eliminated First was Christian via Pinfall by Cesaro

Kofi Kingston was then eliminated by Sheamus via Pinfall

Triple H then eliminated Cesaro via Pinfall

Dolph Ziggler fell next to a Submission

and we were at the stage Triple H promised us, Sheamus was the last Misfit standing...............

and Triple H was NOT in a forgiving mood

Post Match: As Triple H leaves, Sheamus starts to gloat that he is still standing, rhat this match means nothing, and that The Misfits still ruled Smackdown.................Triple H knew what he had to do, and there was no hesitation, retrieving his Sledgehammer from under the ring, he proceeded to knock Sheamus out, and then delivered a Pedigree on his unconscious body.

Next up it's tume for thr World Heavyweight Title to be contested..................Is John Cena at 100% following what happened at the end od Snackdown 48 hours ago, what, if any, part will Mark Henry play, a\nd can CM Punk make John Cena tap out AGAIN???????

John Cena appeared to be in control, but he was never fully in control, due to the constant distractions by Mark Henry, which ultimately resulted in the referee ejecting him from ringside..............will CM Punk still come out with the Title?

Commentary: John Cena is now a 14 time World Champion, but where does this leave CM Punk with the knowledge that earlier tonight The Big Show became the next Contender for the Title.

Next up a real personal feud comes to a possible career ending finish as Aksana faces Kharma in a Stretcher Match.

Commentary: That was a very uncomfortable match to watch as Kharma went to town on Alsana, and as Aksana is taken away on a stretcher AGAIN, it has to be questioned whether  we will ever see Aksana in a WWE ring again.

Post Match: Kharma makes her vway up the ramp towards the exit, but she is cut  off by the Women's Champion, Brie Bella, at first they stare each other down, until Kharma explodes charging at Brie, a full scale brawl occurs on the ramp, which several officials have to break up.

And it's now time for the WWE Title match, where Kane will try and retain the Title against Drew McIntyre, and this time the Nexus will notr be coming out to help Kane, this time he will have to do iu

t alone............................

No DQ WWE Title Match

Kane was handling himsenlf very well against Drew McIntyre, apparently he didn't need the help of The Nexus on this occasion, Kane prepared to deliver his Chokeslam, but McIntyre countered it into the Scot Drop, against the run of play, McIntyre appeared to be on the verge of victory.

Suddenly from out of nowhere The Nexus came storming down to the ring, McIntyre backed away and Kane climbed back to his feet, there was a pause in the ring as the combatants faced each other, and then The Nexus pounced.............................

on Kane, being a No DQ match the referee could do nothing but watch, which is also what Drew McIntyre did.

Post Match: The Nexus members each shake the hand of McIntyre, and then Tiffany climbs into the ring, standing over the prone body of Kane, they kiss and then pose as the show comes to a close.
