Commentary: Welcome to week 5 of NXT Tag Team, tonight we will lose another team from the Competition, so these teams are going to have to do everything to get the votes of the WWE Universe, so that they won't be the ones leaving............and the action starts immediately with L.A.X taking on Generation Me..........

Backstage: The Miz walks in on his team The Ascension, and advises them that tonight is the night to show everyone what The Ascension stands for.........

starting next as The Ascension take on The Uso's in a Tornado Tag Team Match............

On the way to the ring, The Ascension cross paths wieth 2 members of the WWE Security Team, without warning they launch an attack on the staff members and leave them lying..............

Post Match: This was The Ascension's first defeat in NXT, and they were irate about it..............Konnor cornered the referee and proceeded to hurl him across the ring...............The Ascension were clearly in the mood tonight for chaos............at this point someone had to intervene..........and out came Hall of Famer Sergeant Slaughter, he strode up to Konnor and went nose to nose with him.............Konnor backed away, then before anyone could react, he grabbed Slaughter by the throat and slammed him to the mat..........meanwhile Viktor took hold of the referee and Powerbombed him.............The Ascension stood tall, the ring was their Wasteland...................

Post Match: And now out comes the British Invasion's next opponent's..........The Family, who come out to silence due to the hospitalisation of their Mentor Justin Gabriel..................

Backstage Interview: Justin Roberts has The Motor City Machine Guns with him, he asks regardless of tonights result, they must be happy with how they are doing overall.............

Alex Sheeley claims they have a target, and they don't usually miss their targets, Sabin clarifies that while it's looking good so far, it's not over yet, so their aim stays the same, win NXT..............then win the WWE Tag Team Championships.....................

Then from out of nowhere.......The Ascension strike, they take down The Motor City Machine Guns, and then.............they take out Justin Roberts............................

Then in the arena, the lights go out, Goth Music plays, and the Mystery voice makes another announcement....................

he claims the WWE is like the day, and he is the night that engulfs the light, however unlike Sunrise, this Darkness will remain forever..................for THEY ARE COMING............

Coming up next, what order are the Tag Teams this week............we're about to find out....................

Kaitlyn makes the following Announcement:

Kaitlyn then calls out The Ascension for their farewell.....................

Konnor & Viktor make their way down to the ring, but they're not here to talk............they approach Kaitlyn in a threatening manner, and back her into the corner..............and then Christian's music plays over the Titantron, causing The Ascension to turn and face him, but they aren't leaving.............so Christian makes his way down the ramp towards the ring, but still they aren't leaving, by now Kaitlyn has wisely vacated the ring, and then from the back come Scott Hall, Big E, HBK  and they join up with Christian as they make theirm way to the ring.........at this point The Ascension realise that they are unlikely to win this battle, so they choose to vacate the ring and leave via the WWE Universe....................
